1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using NehxiFy (the "Platform"), operated by GROWVIA DIGITAL ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register for or use the Platform.

2Description of Service

NehxiFy is a digital platform that provides users with access to a range of opportunities and features, which may include freelancing listings, affiliate and referral programs, surveys, gaming and challenge activities, content-creation campaigns, mentorship, and related community features.

NehxiFy provides access to these opportunities and tools. It does not itself employ users, and participation in any individual opportunity is subject to that opportunity's own eligibility requirements and terms.

3Eligibility

To register for NehxiFy, you must:

• Be at least 15 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, whichever is higher.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Be legally permitted to use online services and receive payments in your country of residence.

4Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate referrals, rewards, surveys, games, or any other program on the Platform. Accounts found to violate this may be restricted or suspended.

5Fees & Payment

Access to certain features of NehxiFy requires payment of a fee. This fee grants access to the digital product/service described in Section 2 — it is not a guarantee of employment, income, or any specific outcome.

The applicable fee amount is shown to users according to their country before payment is made. Current fee amounts:

Current fee amounts by country are published on the Pricing page, which is shown to users before they proceed to registration.

Payments must only be made through official payment channels provided directly on the Platform. NehxiFy is not responsible for payments made to any third party, including anyone claiming to represent NehxiFy outside of official Platform channels — see Section 10.

6No Guarantee of Earnings

NehxiFy does not guarantee any specific level of earnings, income, or financial outcome from use of the Platform. Earnings, where applicable, depend on the opportunities available at any given time, your participation, your performance, your eligibility, and the specific terms of each individual activity or campaign.

Any figures, examples, or testimonials referenced on the Platform are illustrative only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results.

7Referral Program

Eligible users may receive a unique referral link or code. Referral rewards, where applicable, are paid according to the referral terms in effect at the time of the qualifying action.

Fraudulent referrals, fake accounts, self-referrals, automated/bot activity, or any attempt to manipulate referral rankings or rewards may result in disqualification, reversal of rewards, and/or account restriction.

8Prohibited Conduct

When using NehxiFy, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or while using any Platform feature.
• Attempt to manipulate surveys, games, referrals, or any reward system.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate NehxiFy, its staff, or its mentors, or misrepresent your affiliation with the Platform.
• Harass, defraud, or attempt to deceive other members of the community.

9Intellectual Property

The NehxiFy name, logo, and Platform design are the property of GROWVIA DIGITAL. Content you submit to the Platform (such as content-creation campaign submissions) remains yours, but by submitting it you grant NehxiFy a license to use it as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant program

10Impersonation & Security Notice

NehxiFy will only communicate official payment instructions, account information, and program terms through the official Platform and its approved channels. NehxiFy is not responsible for money sent, or information provided, to any individual or account outside of those official channels — even if that individual claims to represent NehxiFy.

If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent NehxiFy outside of the official Platform, verify their claim through the official Platform before taking any action, and report suspicious contact to support@nehxify.com.

11Termination

NehxiFy may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of any Platform feature. You may stop using the Platform at any time

12Changes to These Terms

NehxiFy may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
